The building, inaugurated in 2010, was inspired by the concept of the Santiago Public Library in Chile. Featuring a structural system composed of twenty columns and ten beams spaced every 10 meters, the building consists of a ground floor that accommodates the reception area, collection, auditorium, and reading modules.
