The project used by the American architectural firm Skidmore, Owings &amp; Merrill (SOM), with executive production by Gian Carlo Gasperini, was based on Jacques Pilon’s preliminary design. The modernist structure follows the architectural language of major North American towers, characterized by an open floor plan, a curtain-wall façade, and a steel structural system. Architect Aurélio Martinez Flores was responsible for the building’s renovations, particularly the façade.
