Later, the Banco Comercial do Estado de São Paulo also occupied the building as its main office. Since 1992, the structure has been listed as a protected heritage site by the Municipal Council for the Preservation of the Historical, Cultural and Environmental Heritage of the City of São Paulo (Conpresp). 2026-04-14 15:43:22
