Lucas Nogueira Garcez Pavilion <p><span data-sheets-root="1">Designed in 1950 by Oscar Niemeyer, the Lucas Nogueira Garcez Pavilion, popularly known as the Oca do Ibirapuera, is part of the group of cultural buildings constructed within Ibirapuera Park.<br />The Oca was built between 1951 and 1954. It is a circular-plan building, crowned by a large dome and comprising four internal floors. The structure previously housed the São Paulo Museum of Aeronautics and the Museum of Folklore. Today, it functions exclusively as an exhibition pavilion.<br /></span></p>
