Banco do Comércio e Indústria de São Paulo (Higienopolis) <p><span data-sheets-root="1">The Higienópolis branch building of the Banco do Comércio e Indústria de São Paulo (COMIND) was designed by Jorge André Königsberger and Gianfranco Vannucchi in 1985. The building’s constructive style was conceived in relation to the tradition of its surroundings — a neighborhood shaped by the coffee-growing aristocracy of the 20th century — and, within this context, employs volumetric composition concepts to accommodate the bank branch on the ground floor and its offices in the tower.</span></p>
