The project, in Brutalist style, was originally conceived to house the headquarters of the Companhia Brasileira de Projetos e Obras (CBPO). In the 2000s, it became the headquarters of Banco Panamericano. After the bank’s bankruptcy and the subsequent abandonment of the building, it was later converted into a hotel.</span></p> ]]> </dc:description></metadata>
