Burle Marx Park is located in the Morumbi neighborhood, in the southern region of the city of São Paulo, near the Pinheiros River. The green area was part of a private estate that received a landscape design by Roberto Burle Marx in the mid-20th century. Later, due to the subdivision of the region, the green area was donated to the city hall for the creation of a park that would only be inaugurated in 1995.
