The Pacaembu Municipal Stadium, located in the neighborhood of the same name in São Paulo, had its construction started in the 1930s. The completion of its project was made possible thanks to a public-private partnership between the city hall and the urban development company of the neighborhood, Cia City of São Paulo. In front of the stadium's facade, a square was created that received its name in homage to the patron of football in Brazil, Charles Miller.
