The Banco Real building was constructed in 1982 by Construtora Adolpho Lindenberg, based on a design by Ivan Castaldi. The space was originally used as the headquarters of Banco Real. The property was later acquired and renovated by the Brazilian Finance & Real Estate group and currently houses the Business Financial Center.
