Designed by Rubens Carneiro Vianna and Ricardo Sievers, Cetenco Plaza is an architectural complex built in 1980. The modernist development consists of two towers and a central garden, which offers three access points: from Avenida Paulista, from Frei Caneca Street, and from Alameda Ministro Rocha Azevedo.
